- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 2 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 2 tablespoons croutons, crushed
- Optional: 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- If starting with raw chicken, season and cook it in a skillet until fully cooked, then shred or dice.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Add black pepper and mix gently until everything is well coated.
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch clear around the edges. If using, sprinkle half of the crushed croutons and sliced red onion over the filling.
