Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)

Instructions

  1. Divide half of the Greek yogurt evenly between two glasses or small bowls.
  2. Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt in each glass.
  3. Top with half of the mixed berries.
  4. Drizzle with half of the honey or maple syrup.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, berries, and a final drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
