- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions
- Divide half of the Greek yogurt evenly between two glasses or small bowls.
