Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Flip when bubbles form.
- Cook until golden brown. Serve with syrup and butter.
