Classic Cheeseburgers

 Classic Cheeseburgers


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard


Instructions:

  1. Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Add cheese on top during last minute.
  5. Toast buns if desired.
  6. Assemble burgers with toppings of choice.
