Classic Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions:
- Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add cheese on top during last minute.
- Toast buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with toppings of choice.
