Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 8 oz elbow macaroni (about 2 cups dry)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in milk and stir constantly until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine sauce with cooked macaroni. Serve hot!
