1. Garlic Butter Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute, add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan.
- Spoon the melted butter over the steaks and serve.
2. Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 New York strip steaks (10 oz each)
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Rub steaks with Dijon mustard and sprinkle crushed peppercorns evenly on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Season with salt before serving.
3. Cajun Sirloin Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 sirloin steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions:
- Rub steaks with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and garlic in the last minute of cooking, spooning the melted butter over the steaks.
4. Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Marinate the flank steak for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
- Grill or broil the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let rest before slicing.
5. Balsamic Glazed Filet Mignon
Ingredients:
- 2 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a small pan, simmer balsamic vinegar and honey for 5-6 minutes until it thickens.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooked steaks and serve.
6. Teriyaki Skirt Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Marinate the skirt steak in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger for 1-2 hours.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Slice thinly against the grain and serve.
7. Chimichurri Steak
Ingredients:
- 2 flank steaks (8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the flank steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Blend parsley, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make chimichurri sauce.
- Serve steaks with chimichurri sauce on top.
8. Steak Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tsp fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Season skirt steak with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, then cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove steak and let rest. In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onion for 4-5 minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve in tortillas with the sautéed veggies.
