- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)
- 1/2 cup water (or more, to reach desired consistency)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender: frozen berries, banana, spinach, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter (if using), and water.
