  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)
  • 1/2 cup water (or more, to reach desired consistency)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions
